Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Yesterday morning I had to work a few hours. It wasn’t as bad as it sounds since my girls are gone to their dad’s for Spring Break. So just another morning for me.
Then it was run time. Or as I called it “please-let-me-run-on-the-treadmill-instead-of-to-the-bathroom run!”
I had stopped drinking coffee by 10:00 AM and didn’t run until after 2:00 PM. And guess what?! Everything was A-okay! So maybe my problem the past few days was drinking coffee right before my run? Fingers crossed the fix is that easy.
Then it was quality time with my frienemy. My right side had felt a little tight.
After much cursing the pain that is foam rolling, it was smoothie time.
Handful of spinach, frozen banana, 6 ice cubes, 1 cup of dark chocolate almond milk and one Weight Watchers Salted Caramel smoothie mix.
Last night’s dinner was so good! Mexican food had been calling my name all week.
Veggie fajitas, chips & salsa. and of course, a margarita! It was so good, I wish I could have it again today!
After dinner, we saw Silver Linings Playbook. Have you seen it? I had no idea what it was about, except I knew Jennifer Lawrence played a crazy girl. Well, she did and it was great. The entire move was really.

Chocolate cake with white buttercream frosting is my absolute favorite! And the cute decorations on top? Rings! I will be sporting the green bling today! I’m so easy to impress.
